Provider — Info M.D. Sp. z o.o., Tax ID (NIP) 8133772579, registered at ul. Dukielska 6/12, 35-505 Rzeszów.
Service (App) — Tortownik, available at tortownik.pl, for managing recipes, ingredient costs, orders, and the production calendar.
User — a person who creates an account in the Service and uses it.
Account — a User's individual account, linked to one organization (e.g. one bakery) within the Service.
Tortownik helps you calculate recipe costs from ingredients, manage orders, and plan production. The Service is currently provided free of charge, while still under active development — its functionality may change.
The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Users will be notified of any such change in advance, before it takes effect.
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability — there may be technical downtime, including for maintenance or updates.
Registration requires providing accurate information (full name, email address) and setting a password. You can also sign in with a passkey, without a password.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account access confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.
The account must not be used unlawfully or in a way that disrupts the Service or its other Users.
Data you enter into the Service (recipes, ingredients, customers, orders, etc.) belongs to you. You can export it and delete your account at any time.
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of cost and margin calculations in the Service, but the Service is a supporting tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice — business decisions made based on its calculations remain the User's responsibility.
The Provider is not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Service, unless caused by the Provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Provider may amend these terms. Users will be notified of material changes (e.g. by email or an in-app notice) with reasonable notice before they take effect.
Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. A User who does not accept the changes may delete their account.
